Work&Grow is built on the premise that everyone deserves to thrive in their professional journey. We observed that coaching and professional development were often only available to people at a mature stage in their career, and that mid and early stage professionals were navigating complex decisions, milestones and challenges with little external support. At Work&Grow we want to change that. Through our targeted coaching programmes, we want to ensure that every individual has the tools and professional scaffolding necessary to thrive - despite their level of seniority or career stage.

The Academy of Executive Coaching

Founded in 1999, the AoEC exists to both provide the highest quality accredited coach training to individuals and to manage culture change at all levels of an organisation. AoEC does this through a combination of expert consultancy, coaching, training of internal coaches and coaching‑based leadership and management development in the UK and globally. AoEC has international faculty and a pool of coaches trained to the highest global professional standards along with an expert consultancy team. Believing that coaching unlocks potential in people to be the best they can be, AoEC is playing a pivotal part in democratising coaching beyond senior executives with coach skills training available to young professionals, coaches of all levels and teams.
